Walk in Sherwood + Pilates in the Garden
We'll kick things off with a peaceful stroll through Sherwood Park, followed by an energizing Pilates class in my backyard. Space is limited (6 participants), so join us for a great opportunity to connect others in the community and wrap up your weekend! All participants will go home with goodies from CARDEA AUSET, Nud Body + Wellness, and Gilla Spa.
All you will need is your mat and a water bottle.
